BoostEcom 101, Lesson 1: meet your AI team

Walk through the BoostEcom orchestrator (@Atlas) and her five specialists (Maya, Marco, Otis, Faye, Sam). Learn what each one owns, what they don't, and how delegation works under the hood.

~12 min · Lesson 1

This is a written lesson. It ends with an @Atlas prompt you can paste straight into the chat.

Welcome to BoostEcom 101, the first course in the academy. By the end of this lesson you'll know which AI agent to ask for what, and you won't waste a credit asking @Atlas to draft an ad, that's @Maya's job, and @Atlas will route it to her anyway.

The team in one paragraph

@Atlas is the orchestrator. She holds the global view of your store (catalog, traffic, customers, ops, revenue) and routes work to the specialist that owns it. The five specialists are:

  • @Maya — Traffic AI. Acquisition, paid ads (Meta / Google / TikTok), creative briefs, budget pacing.
  • @Marco — Conversion AI. Product page audits, checkout fixes, PDP A/B tests, hero rewrites.
  • @Otis — Lifecycle AI. Email + SMS flows on Klaviyo, win-back series, abandoned-cart recovery.
  • @Faye — Intelligence AI. Revenue diagnosis, anomaly detection, weekly profit opportunity rundown.
  • @Sam — Retention AI. Customer support, brand-voice ticket replies, review responses, upsell suggestions.

How delegation works

When you ask @Atlas "draft me three Meta ad variants for our bestseller", she doesn't draft anything herself. She:

  1. Identifies the request as paid-acquisition work.
  2. Calls delegateToSpecialist(@Maya, prompt + context).
  3. Streams Maya's reply back to you, framed as via @Atlas → @Maya.

The architecture matters because it lets you stay in one chat window. You never have to remember which specialist owns what, you talk to @Atlas, she routes.

What comes next

BoostEcom 101 continues with writing a prompt that actually moves a metric, connecting your store, and reading the daily digest @Faye ships every morning. Those lessons are being written: this is the only published lesson of the track today, and the page you are on will always show every lesson that exists.

Until then the tutorials cover the same ground one task at a time. Connect Klaviyo to @Otis is the closest follow-up to this lesson.

Try it now

Open the chat, type:

@Atlas, audit my store this week and tell me where revenue is leaking.

She'll loop in @Faye for the diagnosis. You should see the response inside 30 seconds.

Put the lesson to work

Free account, no credit card, and a working store to run @Atlas on from day one.
