How XP is credited
- Open a forum thread+20 XP

- Complete a marketplace order+50 XP
Each credit is idempotent on (member, source, reference): a retried webhook or a resubmitted reply cannot credit twice.
What a level does not do yet
No level above the first gates anything in the product today. A perk can only be marked Live once the code implementing it exists: a test resolves that file and symbol on every run, so a promise cannot outlive its implementation here.
