What it does
Replace keeps everything about your clip except the person: the moves, the framing, the background. The person becomes the character in your photos.

There is no prompt to write: the instruction is fixed. The output is 720p, portrait by default.
A source clip that works
- One person, visible for the whole clip.
- The face uncovered: no hand, hair or object crossing it for long.
- Steady light. A flash or a hard cut confuses the swap.
A character that works
Photos of the same person, front and three quarter, even light. A saved avatar is the easiest source: it is already one consistent face.

Replace is priced from the length of the source clip. Trim it to the seconds you need before uploading.
