For Shopify agencies and senior freelancers who implement BoostEcom on client stores. You get distribution and delegated access. You invoice your clients, and we take nothing.

The deal

What you actually get

Four things, and each one is a surface that exists today. Nothing on this list is a plan.

  • Directory profileA public profile in the agencies or freelancers directory, carrying your services, your location, your hourly rate, client reviews and an optional special offer. Verified and featured are flags we set by hand.
  • Leads on your profileMerchants contact you from your profile. The message reaches your inbox with their address as Reply-To, so you answer them directly and we stay out of the thread.
  • Delegated accessYou work inside your client's organisation as a member, with a role and permissions. They remain the owner of the organisation and of the stores, so ending the partnership takes nothing away from them. The agency Studio is a separate namespace, which keeps your production out of their business data.
  • Intelligence on client storesThe Store Graph and the inspectors read any public Shopify store: theme, apps, tracking, creatives, review velocity. Audit a prospect before you pitch, on the same engine the platform runs on.
The honest part

What this programme is not

This page sold five things that no code path delivered. They are written down as absences so nobody builds a business plan on them again.

  • There is no revenue share. We pay no commission on the stores you deploy: you invoice your clients, and the money never passes through us. To be paid for an introduction rather than for the work, use the referral programme instead, which pays 30% of what the merchant pays over their first 12 paid invoices.
  • There is no early-access tier. Partners see a feature when everyone else does.
  • There is no private Slack. Our community runs on Discord, and the partner conversation happens there in the open.
  • There is no certification and no technical assessment. The review is a human reading your case studies.
  • There is no co-marketing slot to book. Case studies and joint posts happen when there is something real to show, and they start with a request.
The path

How you get listed

Three steps, and not one of them is automated.

  1. Send the form below: your Shopify years, three case studies we can open, and the load you can absorb.
  2. We read it by hand. The application lands in a queue an admin reviews, and the answer reaches you by email.
  3. Your profile goes live in the directory, and merchants can contact you on it from that day.
The bar

What we look for

A human reads this, and no automated check backs it. The bar is about work shipped rather than the size of the shop, which is why a senior freelancer qualifies.

  • Two years in productionAt least two years of professional Shopify implementation work.
  • Three case studiesThree production case studies we can open and read.
  • Public reputationA public track record we can check: Shopify Partner status, reviews, repositories.
  • Honest capacityThe number of stores you can genuinely take on each quarter. We prefer an honest figure to an ambitious one.

Two doors

Partner or referral

One pays you for the work you do on a merchant's store. The other pays you for the introduction. They are not exclusive, and they are not the same job.

Which profiles get in?Partners
At least two years shipping Shopify work professionally, three production case studies you can show, a public track record we can check, and the capacity to take on at least one store per quarter.
Can a freelancer apply?Partners
Yes, and the URL says so now. The programme covers agencies and senior freelancers, the marketplace carries a directory for each, and the bar is about the work shipped rather than the size of the shop.
How much does BoostEcom pay me?Partners
Nothing, and that is deliberate. The partnership trades distribution and access rather than a commission: you invoice your clients at your own rate and we take no cut of it. If being paid for an introduction is what you want, the referral programme pays 30% of what the merchant pays over their first 12 paid invoices, and it is open to any account without review.
How many partners are already listed?Partners
The directory is young, and BoostEcom's own agency was the first profile in it. We would rather say that than imply a crowd. Being early means being among the first names a merchant reads.
Who owns the client's store?Partners
They do. The client stays the owner of their organisation and their stores; you work inside it as a member, with a role and permissions. Ending the partnership takes nothing away from them.
Can I combine this with the referral programme?Partners
Yes, and on the same merchant. The partnership pays you nothing, so there is no double payment to guard against: bring a net-new merchant through your referral link, collect 30% of what they pay over their first 12 paid invoices, then bill them separately for the implementation work. The referral ledger enforces one rule, which is that the merchant must be new to BoostEcom and must not be you.

@Atlas audits the catalog the day the store is connected and ships a CRO plan, instead of handing back a list of things to go read. Audit to plan, same session.
