One balance, per organization
Studio renders are paid from your organization's credit balance, the same one the rest of the platform uses. A paid plan tops it up every month, and you can add more from Profile, then Buy credits.
The price is on the button
The Generate button always shows what this render will cost, computed from the same price list the meter charges from. It moves when you change what drives it:
| Mode | What sets the price | |---|---| | Image | A fixed price per image. Upscale and Variation cost one image each | | Video | The model, the duration (priced per second) and the resolution | | Nova | The duration, the resolution, and the length of any reference clip | | Replace | The length of the source clip | | Voice | The number of characters in the line |
A longer clip or a higher resolution always costs more. The defaults are the cheapest option on purpose: you choose to pay more, it never happens to you.
When you are charged
- The first click on Generate shows the price. The second click confirms it.
- If your balance is lower than the price, the button says so and stays off.
- The render runs. You are charged after the file is delivered and stored in your gallery.
- If the render fails, the card disappears with the reason, and nothing is charged.
Deleting does not refund
Deleting a render from the gallery removes the file, not the record of the charge: the render was delivered, so it stays paid.
