What it is
Multi-store is the operator surface for owners and agencies running more than one Shopify store. Stores live under a BoostEcom organisation, with their own guardrails and dashboards, and your team gets a unified inbox across all of them.
How it works
- Each store has its own connected Shopify token and scopes.
- Per-store autonomy level. read-only on one, full ops on another.
- Per-store agent allowlists. disable @Maya on a store you don't market.
- Knowledge scope toggle: per-store or shared at the organisation.
- RBAC roles (owner / admin / member / viewer) at the organisation level.
When to use it
For owners running a portfolio (lifestyle + travel brand under the same group), agencies managing client stores, and Shopify Plus operators with expansion stores per region.
Limitations
- Pro plan ships with 1 store. Max plan with 3 stores. Custom on request.
- Cross-store workflows are scoped. a single workflow run targets one store.
- Cross-store reporting is available on Max and Custom plans only.
