Can I change plans anytime?Billing
Yes: upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings at any time. Stripe prorates the change, and credits already granted stay in your balance.
Can I cancel anytime?Billing
Yes, no contract. Cancel from your billing settings and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; nothing renews after that.
What happens to unused credits?Billing
Monthly plan credits roll over for 65 days, then expire; purchased top-up credits last a full year. Everything sits in one shared org balance.
Why does annual billing unlock after 30 days?Billing
Annual billing (-20%) opens 30 days after signup, so you only commit to a discounted year once you have seen the value.
Do you offer refunds?Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance and not refunded automatically, but reach out and we will look at genuine issues case by case. Purchased credits keep their 1-year validity.
Are taxes included?Billing
Prices are shown pre-tax. Stripe Tax adds the correct VAT (EU) or sales tax (US) at checkout based on your billing location.
How much does a message cost?Credits
It depends on the model and length: each message meters input/output tokens at the retail rates on the pricing page. A typical @Atlas Pro message costs a couple of cents.
How do credits map to tokens?Credits
A credit is one dollar of metered AI spend, not a token count: what a turn costs depends on the model, and input, output and cached tokens are each priced differently. Each plan includes a fixed credit grant ($49 Pro, $149 Max 5x, $299 Max 20x), spent as you use @Atlas and independent of the subscription price.
How long do a plan's credits last?Credits
It depends entirely on usage: light chat on Mini models can stretch a month, while a heavy day of audits and workflows on Max models can spend it in under a week. Check your live usage breakdown in the dashboard, and top up anytime you're running hot.
What if I run out of credits?Credits
Top up $10–$5,000 anytime on any paid plan, or wait for next month's reset plus the daily bonus, credited each morning to paid orgs whose owner was active in the last 24 hours. @Atlas stops at your balance, so you never overspend.
Why not just use Claude or ChatGPT directly?Credits
You can, for free, via the MCP relay on the Free plan. Paid plans buy the layer on top of raw model access: the specialist agents, workflows, Systems audits, Intelligence and Studio that run your store instead of you prompting it by hand, plus credits so you're not juggling a separate API bill.

Yes. Free connects a sandbox store and lets you bring your own Claude / ChatGPT / Cursor over the MCP relay, with no included credits.
Can I use my own Claude or ChatGPT?Account
Yes. Free exposes your store to your own AI over the MCP relay, so you pay your provider directly and we add no AI cost.
