Referral Terms

1. Eligibility

Any account in good standing may take part. You may not refer yourself, an organisation you already control, or an account created to claim your own commission. We may withhold commission on a referral we can show to be self-dealt.

2. Attribution

A referral attaches when the referred person enters your code, or arrives through your link and creates an organisation within 60 of the first touch. Attribution is first touch: the earliest recorded referral wins, and a later one does not displace it.

The attribution cookie is not written before cookie consent is given. A visitor who declines cookies and later signs up can still be attributed by entering the code.

3. Commission

You earn 30% of the net revenue of each paid invoice from a referred subscription, on the first 12 paid invoices.

Net means excluding tax. Tax is collected on behalf of a government and is never part of the commission base. The count is invoices, not calendar months: a subscription that lapses and resumes still earns on twelve paid invoices.

4. Refunds and chargebacks

A refunded, disputed or charged-back invoice reverses the commission it generated. Reversals are applied against your next payout, and a negative balance carries forward until it is cleared.

5. Payout

Commission becomes payable 30 days after the invoice that generated it, which is the window in which a refund is most likely. Payouts run on a scheduled job and are sent to your configured payout account.

You are responsible for any tax due on commission you receive.

6. Prohibited practices

Commission is forfeited, and the account may be removed from the programme, for:

• Unsolicited bulk messaging, or posting the link where the audience has not asked for it
• Bidding on BoostEcom brand terms in paid search, or presenting yourself as BoostEcom
• Promising features, prices or results the platform does not deliver
• Publishing the code on coupon or cashback sites that intercept traffic already heading to us

7. Changes and termination

We may change the rate, the duration or the rules for referrals made after the change is published. Commission already earned on existing referrals is honoured under the terms in force when they were made. We may end the programme with 30 days' notice.
