BoostEcom is a Commerce Operating System. You connect a Shopify store, and an AI team audits it, proposes work, and executes that work at the autonomy level you choose.
The split of responsibility is the whole product:
| | Role | |---|---| | You | Owner, investor, strategist. You set the vision and the limits. | | The AI | Founder, operator, executor. It runs the loop. |
The loop
Every agent runs the same cycle against your store:
Observe → Analyse → Plan → Execute → Evaluate → Repeat.
Observation is not a one-off audit. The platform keeps reading the store — catalogue, SEO, conversion, pricing, tracking, Core Web Vitals — and the plan is rebuilt from what it finds, not from a checklist written once at onboarding.
What this is not
It is worth being precise, because "AI for e-commerce" is a crowded phrase:
- It is not a chat wrapper around your store. The agents hold tools, memory and objectives, and the work they do is written back to Shopify through an authenticated bridge, not pasted into a chat box for you to copy.
- It is not autonomous by default. A new store starts at autonomy level 1, where nothing happens without your approval. Raising that is your decision, explicitly, per store. See Autonomy levels.
- It does not need a fleet of SaaS tools underneath it. The capabilities ship as Systems inside the platform.
Where to go next
- Quickstart — connect a store and get a first answer.
- The AI team: who the agents are and what each one owns.
- Plans & limits: what each tier includes.
