Pick the topic that fits
Each topic opens the form with it already chosen, so its link is also the one to send someone.
Customer support
You already use BoostEcom and something is wrong. Send the store URL and what you expected to happen.
Sales, plans and custom pricing
Plan choice, annual billing, a Custom plan with negotiated limits and AI tokens at cost.
Request a demo
A guided walkthrough of the platform, run on your own catalog rather than a sample one.
A question about a feature
How a feature works, or whether it will do the thing you need: store launch, the AI team, the systems, the studio.
API, MCP and Intelligence access
Intelligence data, MCP server access, API tokens, high-volume usage.
Marketplace: buying, selling, a deal
Listing a store, buying one, an offer, a deal, a dispute.
Partnerships: agency, affiliate, referral
Agency partnership, the affiliate program, the referral program.
Legal, privacy and press
Contracts, GDPR and data requests, compliance reviews, press.
Careers
Open roles and speculative applications. A written brief beats a résumé on its own.
Something else
Anything that does not fit above. It is read like all the others.
What happens after you send
Your message becomes a thread the team works from, not an email lost in a mailbox.
Saved as a thread
Your message is recorded on our side with its topic, and the team is notified.
A confirmation by email
A confirmation email usually follows. It names the desk your message reached, without quoting it. Reply to it to add details: the reply joins the same thread. If it does not arrive, your message is still saved.
A person answers
Someone on the team replies by email from that thread. How fast depends on the support your plan includes.
| Support included | |

What this form does not do
Said up front, so you know what to expect.
- No bot on the other end. A person on the team reads and answers, usually the one who can change what you are writing about.
- No reply time promised here. The only reply time we commit to is the one a plan lists above. The form itself promises none.
- Not the incident channel. Platform incidents are posted on the status page: check it first when something breaks.
