The ContextIQ extension is a complementary tool for the Platform, allowing the selection of visual elements on web pages. The User agrees not to use the Extension to extract copyrighted content for unauthorized reproduction purposes.
The Platform integrates an AI-powered assistant. The responses and recommendations provided by the assistant are automatically generated and do not constitute professional advice. The User is solely responsible for decisions made based on these recommendations.
All elements of the Platform and the Extension (source code, design, text, images, technical documentation) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction or use constitutes infringement.
BoostEcom provides the Platform and its services “as is”. BoostEcom does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Scanner results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a professional compliance audit. The User is responsible for verifying and ensuring the compliance of their implementation.
BoostEcom reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform. The User is encouraged to review this page regularly.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
