Terms of Use

1. Definitions

• “The Platform”: every service reachable at www.boostecom.app
• “The Extension”: BoostEcom Spy, the Chrome extension
• “The Publisher”: Christopher Lasgi, operating under the BoostEcom brand
• “The User”: anyone accessing the Platform or using the Extension
• “The Services”: every feature offered: dashboard, chat, scanner, Studio, Intelligence, marketplace, API and MCP server

2. Acceptance

Accessing the Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms, of the Acceptable Use Policy and of the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform or the Extension.

3. Access to the Services

The Platform is accessible after creating an account. Some features are free (the tracking scanner, parts of Intelligence), and others require a paid plan.

We may suspend or interrupt access, particularly for maintenance. Planned and unplanned interruptions are published on the status page.

4. Account and organization

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your sign-in email and of the codes sent to it. Any use of your account is presumed to be yours. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been used without your authorization.

An organization owner is responsible for the members they invite and for the roles they grant. Removing a member removes their access but not the work already recorded under the organization.

5. The assistant and autonomy levels

The Platform's assistant can propose, and at higher autonomy levels execute, changes to a connected store. You choose the autonomy level, and you can lower it at any time.

You remain responsible for every change applied to your store, including changes executed autonomously at a level you enabled. Responses and recommendations are automatically generated and are not professional advice.

6. Scanner and Intelligence usage

Scanner and Intelligence rules (volume, rate limits, opt-out, and what results may be used for) are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Extension usage

BoostEcom Spy is a companion tool providing Spy Intelligence, page diagnostics and operator tools, including element selection relayed to the platform tab. You agree not to use it to extract copyrighted content for unauthorized reproduction.

8. Marketplace

Listing or buying on the marketplace is governed by the Marketplace Terms. BoostEcom is an intermediary and is never a party to a sale between users.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform and the Extension (source code, design, text, images, technical documentation) are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction or use constitutes infringement. Content generated for you by the AI is yours, as set out in the Terms of Sale.

10. Limitation of liability

The Platform and its services are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Scanner and Intelligence results are informational and do not constitute a professional compliance audit. You are responsible for verifying your own implementation.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms. Material changes are announced on the changelog and take effect on publication. The date at the foot of this page is the authoritative one, and it is read from the same source as the legal index.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
