Listing is free. The platform takes 3% at closing on a store sale, and nothing up front for any type.
Your dashboard: /sell/dashboard.
Two doors
Selling a store — the public funnel at /sell. A session
is optional to start; the wizard collects the listing and submits it.
Anything else — /sell/dashboard/new, as an identified vendor,
covering all twelve public types. Save it as a draft or submit it for
review.
Every listing goes through admin review before it goes live. You are emailed the decision either way, approved or rejected.
The dashboard
| Page | What it is |
|---|---|
| /sell/dashboard | Your listings, aggregate stats, bulk actions |
| /sell/dashboard/new | Create — draft or submit for review |
| /sell/dashboard/analytics | 30-day KPIs and top performers |
| /sell/dashboard/[id] | One listing: detail, pending offers, deals |
| /sell/dashboard/[id]/edit | Full edit, markdown preview, screenshots |
| /sell/dashboard/[id]/analytics | Per-listing, 7 / 30 / 90 days |
The scope is you, not your organization
A listing belongs to the user who created it. A marketplace listing carries no organization id, which is why the organization-scoped variant of this dashboard was removed: it gated on organization membership and then scoped nothing.
Offers, and what you may advance
For a store listing, an offer arrives verified by email OTP. Accepting one opens a deal thread.
You drive most of the pipeline (see
Acquiring a store for the full table), but
not the close. That belongs to the buyer, because closing is what
marks your listing sold and credits your public track record on
/sellers/[id]. A seller cannot declare their own sale complete.
Getting paid
Before anything can reach you, Stripe Connect onboarding has to be complete. See Vendor payouts.
